Here are some updates from Midvalley management regarding our request to solve the KTM to Midvalley crossing
1. KTM Accessibility Issues
a. Works on widening the pathway from KTM station to the mall’s North Entrance will commence in 2nd week of February, followed by the rectification of pedestrian crossing by 12th February. Target completion date is 19th February.
b. Escalator that connects KTM station to the mall on the 1st floor (link bridge) is functional.
c. Sign Boards on both ends of the crossing with disabled logo and hotline number (Customer Service and Security hotline) have been installed.
2. Disabled Motorcycle Parking
a. Ready to be used

c. Visitors to take the usual parking ticket at the boom gate before entering the car park
